Anna Vnuk is an award-winning choreographer, playwright and director working across theatre, film and television. Moving effortlessly between institutions such as Stockholm City Theatre, Dansens Hus and Melodifestivalen, as well as Sweden’s contemporary comedy scene, she is known for creating work that combines artistic depth with broad public appeal. In 2025, she received both the Michael Nyqvist Foundation Award and the prestigious Theatre Award from the Swedish Theatre Critics Association.
Thomas von Koch is an investor, entrepreneur and Founder & Chairman of TomEnterprise, his family office. He was part of the founding team of EQT in 1994 and later served as CEO & Managing Partner, helping build the firm into one of Europe’s leading private equity companies. Today, he remains involved with EQT through several investment committees and advisory roles, while also supporting entrepreneurship, philanthropy and long-term value creation through a range of investments and initiatives.
Jonna Bornemark is a professor of philosophy and one of Sweden’s most influential public intellectuals. Through acclaimed books such as The Renaissance of the Immeasurable and The Horizon Always Remains, she has brought the importance of human judgment, intuition and the limits of measurement to the centre of public debate. Her current work, Turning the World, explores how shifting perspectives can broaden our understanding of ourselves and society.
Lena Olving is an engineer, business leader and board professional with decades of experience leading global technology and industrial companies. She served as President and CEO of Mycronic from 2013 to 2019, following senior executive roles at Saab and Volvo Cars, where she spent 25 years in a range of leadership positions, including seven years on the Executive Management Team. Today, she serves on the boards of several leading international companies, including NXP Semiconductors, ASSA ABLOY, Vestas and Investment AB Latour. Olving has received numerous distinctions for her contributions to Swedish industry and technology, including H.M. The King’s Medal and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences’ Gold Medal.
Stefan Åsberg is a journalist and foreign correspondent with a career spanning more than three decades. Originally trained in economics at Uppsala University, he entered journalism during Sweden’s banking crisis and went on to report from some of the world’s most consequential political and economic centres, including Washington D.C., Istanbul and Beijing. Known for making complex global developments accessible to broad audiences, he combines a deep interest in economics, politics and society with a distinctly Swedish perspective.
Sylvia Schwaag Serger is Professor of Research Policy at Lund University and President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). She has more than 20 years of experience in science, technology and innovation policy, with a focus on Europe and China. She has held senior government positions, including at the Swedish Prime Minister’s Office, and served as Deputy Vice Chancellor of Lund University. She has also contributed to international policy through the OECD and EU, and currently chairs the Scientific Council of Formas. Sylvia holds an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a PhD in Economic History from the LSE.
Sanna Lenken is an award-winning film and television director and screenwriter. She is best known for the feature films My Skinny Sister and Comedy Queen, as well as the acclaimed TV series Thin Blue Line, Pressure Point and Jag for ner till bror. Her work has received numerous accolades, including the Crystal Bear at the Berlin International Film Festival, Sweden’s Kristallen Award and the Nordic Film Prize at the Göteborg Film Festival. Across her films and series, Lenken is recognised for her nuanced storytelling and her exploration of human relationships and the experiences of young people.
Thomas Öberg is a musician, songwriter and frontman of the iconic Swedish rock band Bob Hund. For more than three decades, he has been one of Sweden’s most distinctive artistic voices, known for his energetic stage presence, poetic lyrics and unconventional approach to creativity. Alongside his work with Bob Hund, he has collaborated across music, theatre and the arts, continuously exploring the intersection of culture, expression and society.
Sara Resvik is a Partner at the European venture capital firm Endeit Capital, where she focuses on investments in climate and energy technologies. She has extensive experience investing in high-growth companies, with previous roles at BackingMinds, Industrifonden, Axel Johnson and Schibsted. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship and long-term value creation, supporting founders building transformative businesses.
Malin Mendel is an award-winning journalist, television correspondent and author based in India. As SVT’s India correspondent, she has spent years reporting on the country’s politics, culture and society. She is also the creator and host of the TV series Curry med korre and, together with comedian David Batra, The World's Best Curry and The World's Worst Indian, for which they received Sweden’s Grand Prize for Journalism. In addition to her television work, Mendel has published five cookbooks celebrating Indian cuisine.
Magnus Göransson is an industrial designer and innovation strategist with 25 years of experience creating products, strategies and organisations for global brands including LEGO, Sony, Nespresso, Jabra and IBM. As Design Director at LEGO’s Creative Play Lab, he developed deep expertise in the role of play in driving creativity and innovation. He later became a host and judge on LEGO Masters Sweden and today runs his own design studio, SWEN Creative. Magnus is also a co-founder of two startups and a keynote speaker on how playfulness can unlock innovation.
Annette Helmers is Principal Cellist of the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, a position she has held since 1992. Alongside her orchestral career, she is an active chamber musician and has participated in numerous artistic collaborations throughout Europe. A dedicated educator, she has taught and performed at the Narnia Festival in Italy and currently teaches cello at Malmö Latin School, inspiring the next generation of musicians.
Shadi Bitar is an entrepreneur and founder of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading audiobook and e-book streaming services. Since founding the company in 2015, he has helped grow Nextory from a Swedish startup into an international business operating across ten European markets. With a background in technology and entrepreneurship, Bitar has built companies at the intersection of technology, media and culture, driven by a belief in making stories and knowledge more accessible.
Linda Waxin is a communications advisor, entrepreneur, angel investor and writer working at the intersection of business, culture and societal change. She co-founded Ownershift, a think tank that pioneered the conversation on women’s ownership as a foundation for autonomy and influence. Her work explores what it takes for people to own their thoughts, choices and lives.
Peter Wolpert has more than 25 years of experience as a founder, CEO, board member and investor, working closely with entrepreneurs to build and scale technology and life science companies. Before joining Industrifonden as CEO, he founded and led Moberg Pharma through rapid international growth and a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ericsson and McKinsey & Company.
Jonathan is an Investment Manager at Industrifonden, where he focuses on life science investments. His background spans clinical medicine, entrepreneurship, management consulting and scaling healthcare companies. Before joining Industrifonden, he worked as a physician, co-founded a medtech startup and held leadership roles in digital health and healthtech.

Before joining the fund, she held executive leadership roles at JPMorgan, Klarna, Dreams and Doconomy, where she worked across strategic finance, business transformation and international growth.
